the brief
Harrogate Aesthetics is an award-winning medical aesthetics clinic in North Yorkshire. We began working together in 2025 on one of our monthly retainers, with additional content shoots and editing booked as needed throughout the year.
Prior to working together, the clinic had been using an agency that captured content only once every four months, leaving them without enough fresh content to post consistently or showcase the breadth of treatments and expertise available within the clinic.
the challenge
Medical aesthetics is built on trust.
While Harrogate has a strong aesthetics market, it's also an area where treatments can still feel relatively private or even taboo. As a result, engagement metrics alone don't tell the full story. Rather than chasing viral content or rapid follower growth, our strategy focused on positioning the clinic as trusted experts and making potential clients feel comfortable long before they booked an appointment.
building trust
Our strategy centred around showcasing the people behind the business.
We created regular interview-style videos with the founders, allowing them to share their expertise in an approachable, educational way, alongside consultation footage, treatment demonstrations and behind-the-scenes content that helped demystify the client experience.
We also introduced more team-focused content, recognising that in medical aesthetics, clients are choosing people as much as treatments. By giving audiences the opportunity to get to know the team before stepping into the clinic, we helped build the familiarity and trust that are often essential to converting enquiries into bookings.
the outcome
While engagement has never been our primary measure of success, the response from both clients and the wider industry has been incredibly encouraging.
The clinic has received regular feedback from clients who discovered treatments through the content or felt reassured enough to book procedures they had previously been hesitant to try.
Alongside this, content has been shared by respected voices within the beauty industry, including Nadine Baggott, while global dermal filler brand Revanesse has since invited the clinic to collaborate on future content featuring its products.
During our time working together, co-founder Sharon was also featured in Tatler's 2026 Beauty & Cosmetic Surgery Guide, further strengthening the clinic's reputation as one of the leading aesthetics providers in the country.
Together, the strategy has helped create a social media presence that reflects the professionalism, warmth and expertise clients experience when they walk through the clinic's doors.
